Beyond the Brush
Hi, my name is Sophia Provins, I am an upcoming artist located in York, PA.
Where I was, Where I'm going
I have always loved creating. As a child I vividly remember doodling in my mom’s notebooks, which turned into doodling in class, then into signing up for classes about doodling.
Now as a senior in high school I have chosen to take the leap and pursue art semi-professionally with the long-term goal of eventually building a career.
What is Provins Art?
Provins Art is my personal brand built as a result of experience, dedicated to serving others through artistic exploration and production.
I began painting in 2021, with my first painted commission in 2022. Since then, I have had the opportunity to connect with people from different walks of life and send my work as far as New York and Oregon.
Values
Serving others through artwork has given me a significant sense of purpose, satisfaction, and drive.
I believe that every image has a story, but every painting has a life.
My approach to freelance artwork can be set apart by my personal style and firm belief in total collaboration. I view commissions as a group project, making sure that all needs are met and desires fulfilled.
